1. Shipping Coverage & Costs

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to customers located within the USA and European regions.

  • Worldwide Shipping: For customers in other regions, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

2. Processing & Production Times

Because we own and operate our own factory, we maintain strict control over our timelines:

  • In-Stock Collection: Ready-made items are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders (Bespoke): Since these blades are hand-forged to your unique specifications, please allow 4–6 weeks for production. We will provide photo or video updates during the forging process so you can witness your blade coming to life.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We utilize premium international couriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to ensure the safest and most efficient transit.

  • USA & Europe: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery in 10–20 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local courier schedules.

4. Discreet & Secure Packaging

Every KatoKatana is housed in a heavy-duty, shock-proof box specifically engineered for edged weapons. To protect your privacy and ensure smooth transit, we use discreet outer packaging with no sensitive labels or descriptions that indicate the contents are a sword.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our factory, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through our website’s tracking portal or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp for real-time updates.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

While we provide free shipping to many regions, international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • KatoKatana provides all necessary legal documentation and declarations to facilitate a smooth and efficient customs clearance process.

7. Delivery Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products and courier requirements, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address and a valid phone number are required for all deliveries.

8. Shipping Damage & Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured. If your package arrives with visible damage, please document it immediately with photos/videos and contact our support team within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.
